Personalised Products

Own&Only specialises in custom-made, personalised items. 

By placing an order, you acknowledge that: 

  • Personalised items are unique and made-to-order. 
  • Images, designs, text, or content uploaded by you will be printed as submitted. 
  • Minor colour variations may occur due to screen differences. 
  • Own&Only is not responsible for errors in customer-uploaded content (spelling, alignment, image quality, etc.). 
Order Acceptance & Fulfillment
  • We reserve the right to accept or reject orders at our sole discretion. 
  • Order timelines may vary depending on product type, design complexity, and production load. 
Pricing & Payments
  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise. 
  • Payments must be completed at checkout. 
  • Prices may change without prior notice. 
  • Taxes and shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout. 
Cancellation & Refunds

Due to the customised nature of our products:

  • No cancellations, returns, or refunds are allowed once the order goes into production. 

Exceptions apply only to: 

  • Damaged items 
  • Defective prints 
  • Wrong products delivered

User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. 

You confirm that: 

  • You own the rights to the uploaded material; or 
  • You have permission or a licence to use it. 

You agree not to upload content that violates copyright, is offensive, illegal, or harmful. 

Own&Only reserves the right to refuse orders that contain prohibited content. 

Intellectual Property

All content on our website including: 

  • Designs 
  • Templates 
  • Logos 
  • Product images 
  • Layouts 
  • Text and graphics 

is owned by Own&Only and protected by copyright laws. 

You may not copy, sell, reproduce, or distribute our content without written consent. 

Limitation of Liability

Own&Only shall not be held liable for: 

  • Incorrect or low-quality uploads by customers 
  • Delays caused by courier or logistics partners 
  • Colour variations 
  • Losses arising from misuse or normal wear and tear 

Our maximum liability is limited to the order value.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
