Production Time

Since all products are personalised, production timelines may vary. 

  • Standard Production: 2–5 business days 
  • Complex or highly customised products may require additional production time 

Production begins shortly after an order is successfully placed and confirmed. 

Shipping Time

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within: 

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days 
  • Non-Metro Cities: 5–8 working days 
  • Remote Areas: 7–12 working days 

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or regional restrictions.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment. 

Free shipping may be offered on select promotions or minimum order values.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped: 

  • A tracking number will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. 
  • You may track your shipment directly through the courier partner’s website. 
Missed or Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to: 

  • Incorrect shipping address 
  • No response from the recipient 
  • Incomplete or inaccurate delivery information 

The courier partner may attempt re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply if re-shipping is required. 

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order is: 

  • Lost in transit 
  • Delivered in a damaged condition 
  • Incorrectly fulfilled 

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Own&Only currently ships only within India.
