Made-to-Order & Personalised Products

At Own&Only, every product is created uniquely for you based on your chosen design, photo, text, or customisation.

Because of this personalised nature: 

  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once an order is placed. 

However, we are committed to delivering the highest quality and ensuring you love your product.

Order Cancellation

Since each order enters production quickly after being placed: 

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they enter the processing or printing stage. 

If you reach out within 1 hour of placing the order and production has not started yet, cancellation requests may be considered on a best-effort basis. 

Replacement for Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

We only offer replacements in the following cases: 

  • Product received is damaged (torn, broken, faulty print) 
  • Wrong item sent (wrong size, product type, or design not matching your order) 
  • Major printing error (blurry, misaligned, or incomplete print not matching your upload) 

Proof Required 

To process a replacement, please share: 

  • Photos of the product 
  • Photos of the defect or damage 
  • Unboxing video (recommended, helps with faster approval) 

Replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. 

Once verified, a free replacement will be shipped to you. 

Note: Minor colour variations may occur due to differences in screen displays and printing processes and are not considered defects.

Customer Upload Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that uploaded content is: 

  • High-resolution 
  • Not pixelated or blurred 
  • Correct in terms of spelling, colours, and layout 

We print exactly what is uploaded. 

Refunds or replacements are not offered for: 

  • Customer-uploaded low-quality images 
  • Spelling or design errors made by the customer 
  • Change of mind after printing 
Order Not Delivered / Lost Shipment

If your order is not delivered or is confirmed as lost in transit, we offer a free replacement or refund after verification.

Late Delivery

Since personalised products require production time, delivery timelines are estimates only. 

Delays caused by courier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control are not eligible for refunds. 

We provide tracking updates once your order has been shipped.
