Since all products are personalised, production timelines vary:
- Standard Production: 2–5 business days
- Complex/custom products may take slightly longer.
We begin production shortly after the order is placed.
- Shipping Time
Once shipped, orders typically take:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
- Non-Metro Cities: 5–8 working days
- Remote Areas: 7–12 working days
Shipping times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or regional restrictions.
- Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
- Free shipping may apply during promotions or for minimum order values.
- Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped:
- A tracking number will be shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
- You can track your package on the courier partner’s website.
- Missed / Failed Delivery
If the courier is unable to deliver due to:
- Wrong address
- No response from customer
- Incomplete information
Reattempts will be made. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.
- Lost or Damaged Shipments

- Lost in transit
- Delivered damaged
